About The Position

Experian is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support its Business Development Representative (BDR) program. The role interprets data, analyzes results, and provides actionable insights to support informed decision-making. The analyst works with stakeholders to understand data needs, develop analytical solutions, and present findings clearly. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales and is fully remote.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard building.
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for sales leaders.
Comfort using AI tools and workflows.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with other SDR/BDR or sales functions.

Responsibilities

Own and manage BDR performance reporting, including conversion rates, pipeline generated, attainment, and campaign performance.
Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Handle ad hoc reporting requests from Sales Operations, sales leadership, and adjacent teams.
Document data definitions and lineage to keep reporting logic consistent and repeatable.
Prepare and maintain clean, structured datasets that support AI and automation use cases.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance readouts to BDR and sales leadership.
