About The Position

The Data Product Manager - Voice of Member is responsible for defining and maintaining the roadmap for Voice of Member data products. This role connects investments to member experience, loyalty, service, and operational objectives. The position involves running discovery sessions with various departments to understand how member feedback is captured, interpreted, and acted upon. The Data Product Manager will own prioritization across multiple feedback sources, define common taxonomies and member-experience measures, and partner with data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to deliver governed Databricks products. A key aspect of the role is evaluating and productizing AI/NLP capabilities, designing products for action rather than just reporting, and planning for adoption, training, and communication to embed insights into decision-making. Performance will be measured through adoption, data trust, coverage, insight-to-action time, and member-experience outcomes.
