About The Position

Connect for Health Colorado seeks a Manager of Product Data Practice to lead a small, service-oriented team supporting the Product Development (PD) organization in trusting, using, and self-serving its data. The position oversees the existing product data insights function and builds a data governance and quality discipline within PD. The manager leads people while staying close to the work, sets direction, prioritizes competing requests, contributes directly when needed, and leads change without formal authority. The role communicates across technical and non-technical audiences and works closely with enterprise data governance, data infrastructure, and data engineering resources. It also participates in the Connect for Health Community of Practice to share best practices and support adoption beyond formal data governance. Connect for Health Colorado is a public, non-profit entity established by the Colorado General Assembly in 2011 to create a health insurance Marketplace. Since 2013, it has helped individuals, families, and small employers compare plans, apply for financial help, and purchase health insurance. Its mission is to increase access, affordability, and choice for individuals and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado. The position is currently remote. The organization’s office is in the North Tech Center area of Denver, near I-25 and I-225. Core office hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility; the schedule may include non-traditional hours, weekends, and evening events.
