About The Position

Connect for Health Colorado seeks a Manager of Product Data Practice to lead a small, service-oriented team that helps the Product Development organization trust, use, and self-serve its data. The role oversees the existing product data insights function, ensuring the Product organization has access to rigorous mixed-methods insights, while establishing a new data governance and quality discipline. The manager will lead people while remaining close to the work, setting direction and contributing directly when needed. The role requires product-management-caliber judgment to prioritize competing requests, lead change without formal authority, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. It owns data governance within Product Development as a discipline of standards, process, and stewardship, and works closely with enterprise data governance, data infrastructure, and data engineering resources. The manager will also participate in the Connect for Health Community of Practice to share best practices and support adoption beyond formal data governance. Connect for Health Colorado is a public, non-profit entity established by the Colorado General Assembly in 2011 to create a health insurance Marketplace. It helps individuals, families, and small employers compare plans, apply for financial help, and purchase health insurance. Its mission is to increase access, affordability, and choice for individuals and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado.
