About The Position

The CardPointe Data Migration Specialist is responsible for securely transferring credit card data on the CardPointe Gateway platform. The role plans, manages, and programmatically executes import and export tasks. It communicates team processes and timelines to internal resources, sales partners, integrators, and merchants, and manages the job queue to ensure work is completed within stated SLAs and project commitments. The team coordinates project planning and job queue management across ISV, Agent, RISO, and Enterprise sales channels and oversees related processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills, with awareness of partner and sales relationships and account retention.
• Technical proficiency and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MySQL, Oracle DB, PHP, Python, and JSON-based RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Perform data import and export (tokenization) tasks in production and testing environments.
• Transform files for incoming data requests.
• Communicate engagement processes to stakeholders and provide training.
• Plan project execution and timelines with stakeholders.
• Work with partner teams to identify process improvements and manage job requests.
• Review process-related items in MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Manage, administer, and own internal tools.
