Requirements

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • MS O365 Experience (MS Excel, MS Word).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with engineering testing methodologies, logging and organizing data and testing results.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accurate data handling.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Organizational skills that help keep complex information cleanly structured and easy to navigate.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced certification or engineering environment.
  • Product Lifecycle Management software experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Certification Engineers by accurately logging, tracking, and maintaining test data.
  • Perform daily data exports and ensure information is properly organized and stored.
  • Maintain structured, well-organized data repositories to enable fast retrieval and consistent documentation practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening our certification processes.
  • Assist with ongoing training efforts, ensuring the team stays aligned and up to date on best practices and evolving tools.
