About The Position

The Data Management Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of an organization's data. This role involves supporting data management processes, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring data quality. The specialist works closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions. Key responsibilities include data cleaning, data validation, data migration, and providing technical support for data-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry, analysis and reporting.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data management, order processing or customer service role.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and strong ability to navigate the following programs: Excel, E-Automate, AutoTask, DEX App, and Salesforce.
