Mott MacDonald is seeking a Data Management Specialist to work closely with our client, in Raleigh, NC. Our purpose is to improve society by considering social outcomes in all we do, relentlessly focusing on excellence and digital innovation, transforming our clients’ businesses, our communities and employee opportunities.We are looking for a full-time employee to support our transportation team with general data management and document control which include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in engineering, business, or law preferred
  • A genuine interest in project support
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and a self-starter
  • Effective in both verbal and written communication
  • Confident usage of Microsoft Office and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with EMS platforms, such as Bluebeam Revu, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Processing of client information: Data verification, uploading, and transcription
  • Develop data management processes to client satisfaction to support their rail corridor encroachment program
  • Assist the client in the development of standards, procedures and policy positions related to meeting their goals and objectives
  • Ability to understand basic database interfaces
  • Support for engineering tasks as required
