Data Integrity Coordinator
About The Position
The Data Integrity Coordinator is a member of the Development Operations team responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of constituent and fundraising data across AltaMed’s Advancement systems. This detail-oriented, analytical role supports data quality and completeness, enforces data standards, optimizes business processes, and drives continuous improvement in support of effective fundraising operations. The coordinator supports the daily operation and enhancement of development systems, including Salesforce CRM, Kindsight Ascend, Marketing Cloud, and Raiser’s Edge NXT. The work includes conducting data audits, identifying and resolving data quality issues, executing batch data imports, managing data quality through reports and queries, leading user acceptance testing, and ensuring adherence to established data governance standards. The role calls for a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing trusted data for informed decision-making and donor stewardship.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven data management experience working with CRM databases, fundraising systems, or enterprise business applications.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Kindsight Ascend, Salesforce CRM, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting Advancement Operations, Development, a Healthcare Foundation, Higher Education, or nonprofit organizations.
