Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update donor information in Raiser's Edge NXT
  • Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct basic research to verify contact details before updates
  • Communicate professionally with donors to confirm or obtain information
  • Welcome visitors and provide helpful, professional front-desk support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including donation processing
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Help track and replenish office supplies
  • Assist with donation processing, receipting, and donor communications
  • Support fundraising initiatives, recognition activities, and events
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Represent the Foundation with professionalism and integrity
