About The Position

The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Familiarity with database systems
  • Experience with office equipment like scanners and printers
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets
  • Verify accuracy of data before inputting
  • Maintain and organize digital records
  • Perform regular data backups
