About The Position

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Data Center Technician (all genders) to start as soon as possible in our data center located in St. Louis, MO. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Data Center Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll take care of day-to-day tasks in the data center - mostly on your own, so being independent and proactive is a big plus. Your daily work will include racking and stacking servers, applying configuration templates to switches and other devices, and handling troubleshooting or break-fix tasks for all types of servers we use. You’ll also work with our internal tools (like our CMS and ticketing system) and occasionally update basic spreadsheets in Excel. Requirements

• A High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Reliable and motivated
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends
• Quick thinking and a willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Clear, professional communication in English
• A team-oriented attitude
• Experience with general PC hardware
• Comfortable using basic electronics tools like screwdrivers and wire clippers
