About The Position

FYUL is seeking a skilled Data and BI Manager to lead organizational reporting and analytics. The role is part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values inclusion, continuous learning, and a strong work ethic. The position supports a fast-paced eCommerce retail environment and helps scale reporting capabilities while maintaining a high-performance reporting environment. FYUL powers on-demand commerce globally and was formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce. Snow Commerce provides eCommerce strategy, design, and digital marketing for major brands.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field.
Advanced understanding of SQL; fluency in SQL.
Understanding of data programming languages such as R and Python, and APIs.
Mastery of Business Intelligence concepts and ability to explain them to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with successful and effective application systems leadership and project management.

Nice To Haves

Experience using BigQuery and Snowflake data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics.
Maintain, support, and upgrade reports, dashboards, and the data warehouse.
Guide the team on issues related to the deployment of information and reports, using communication and problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices.
Manage data warehouse and reporting infrastructure to scale reporting needs while maintaining a high-performance reporting environment.
Audit financial data to ensure accuracy.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
