About The Position

The Curative - Consumer Title role independently reviews and advances title-curative files, identifying title defects, required clearance evidence, and issues that need escalation. The position analyzes legal and public-record documentation, prepares and reviews title documents, coordinates with underwriters and title partners, and communicates closing requirements and file status to internal and external customers. The role requires careful pipeline and deadline management, sound judgment about when to seek additional review, and accurate handling of confidential information in a time-sensitive environment. The employee will also learn AI-enabled workflows as they are introduced and verify generated requirements and answers against source documents and applicable guidance. The employee will work toward a target active pipeline of 65–75 files per person and maintain timely stakeholder updates and closing requirements.
