About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring Dance Instructors to teach private and group dance classes throughout the week. Instructors help students achieve personal dance goals, from preparing for a single event to pursuing a lifelong journey in dance. The role involves interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds and contributing to a welcoming, supportive studio community.

Studios maintain regular hours during the week and host events on some weekday evenings and weekends, which instructors are expected to attend with their students. Activities include lessons, performances, parties, and competitions. Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals, including preparation for events and continued dance development.
• Attend studio events with students, including events on some weekday evenings and weekends.
• Participate in activities such as performances, parties, and competitions.
