About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring high-energy, customer-focused Dance Instructors to teach private and group dance classes throughout the week. Instructors work with students of all backgrounds and experience levels to help them achieve personal dance goals, from preparing for a single event to pursuing a lifelong interest in dance. The role involves building relationships with students and contributing to a welcoming, supportive studio community.

Studios maintain regular hours during the week, and instructors are expected to attend some events on weekday evenings and weekends with their students. Activities include performances, parties, and dance competitions. Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, opportunities to earn bonuses, and competition winnings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals, from preparing for a single event to pursuing ongoing dance growth.
• Attend some weekday evening and weekend events with students.
• Participate in studio activities such as performances, parties, and competitions.
