About The Position

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring Dance Instructors to teach private and group dance classes throughout the week. Instructors help students achieve personal dance goals, from preparing for a single event to pursuing long-term growth in dance. The role involves interacting with students from diverse backgrounds and contributing to a welcoming, supportive studio community. Instructors are expected to attend some weekday-evening and weekend events with their students. The studio offers dance lessons, wedding choreography, performances, practice parties, and dance competitions. The compensation plan includes salary commensurate with experience, opportunities to earn bonuses, and competition winnings. Fred Astaire provides initial and ongoing dance training, a dance curriculum, access to national dance coaches, training in dance and business skills, professional advancement opportunities, and opportunities to perform, compete, and travel.
