Niemann Harvest Market Dairy Stocker
About The Position
The Dairy Stocker provides excellent customer service, develops product knowledge, rotates and merchandises products, and controls shrink while supporting the Niemann Harvest Market culture. The role includes customer engagement and suggestive selling, quality assurance checks, maintaining stock and inventory, and keeping the sales floor and backroom clean. The position has no required education or prior experience and no supervisory responsibilities. Starting pay depends on experience, internal equity, and scope of responsibility; the listed range is minimum wage up to $18 per hour for Illinois locations only.
Requirements
- No education or experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, pay attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and adapt.
- Forklift/Power Industrial Truck training may be required and is provided at store level.

Responsibilities
- Deliver superior guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and apply the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment.
- Engage customers through suggestive selling and sampling.
- Perform quality assurance checks of the department.
- Handle and rotate products properly.
- Promote and support established programs and sales.
- Follow day-to-day operational procedures to maintain stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and in the backroom.
- Work within company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
