About The Position

The Dairy Frozen Stocker is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, and supports a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience. The employee helps customers find products, maintains displays, stocks and rotates merchandise, uses technology to complete tasks, and follows food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Work may include supporting departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, along with other tasks needed to keep store operations running smoothly. The work is physically active and takes place in a fast-paced environment.
