About The Position
Adisseo is seeking a Dairy Business Manager to drive commercial success in California, a key North American dairy market. The role focuses on building customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering animal nutrition solutions that create value for dairy producers. The position reports to the Dairy Sales Manager and requires approximately 50–60% travel within California and surrounding territories, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within dairy nutrition, feed additives, animal nutrition, or livestock production.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout California.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Build strong relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, feed mills, consultants, veterinarians, and distribution partners.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding strategic accounts.
- Partner with Technical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver value-driven customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive territory growth.
