About The Position
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Cycle Counter to periodically and accurately count inventory, help control errors, and ensure customer orders are complete and on time. The role checks inbound and outbound products, verifies that orders meet customer specifications, investigates inventory and shipping discrepancies, and assists with lift operator-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of warehousing or material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Accurately check or count products for inbound and outbound freight.
- Ensure products are free of damage and infestation, and record production code dates properly.
- Verify that order quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing meet customer specifications and other requirements.
- Research inventory location problems, including mystery pallets and inventory errors.
- Research shipping errors and complete validation.
- Check for product recalls.
- Provide assistance with lift operator-related tasks in areas such as inbound, picking, and outbound operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
