About The Position

Husqvarna Construction is hiring a Cycle Counter in Lenexa, Kansas, to maintain accurate warehouse inventory and support safe, organized warehouse operations. The role involves counting inventory, investigating and resolving discrepancies, adjusting inventory as needed, and authorizing backorders. The Cycle Counter also assists warehouse associates with locating and moving products, identifies opportunities to improve warehouse operations, follows safety requirements, and reports maintenance issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Data entry skills.
• Forklift experience; must complete internal training to obtain forklift and standup licenses.
• Ability to lift and carry 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, push and pull products, twist and turn, and perform repetitive bending and hand work.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to spend most of the day standing, bending, walking, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across warehouse inventories.
• Investigate missing inventory, resolve discrepancies, and adjust inventory as needed.
• Authorize backorders as needed.
• Help warehouse associates locate, retrieve, stack, and move materials and products.
• Look for ways to improve the warehouse every day.
• Follow general safety requirements.
• Watch for and report maintenance issues, including damaged racking, I-beams, and corner mirrors.
• Support other duties as assigned.
