About The Position

This is a Rapid Response CVOR Technologist position on the OR Heart Team, focused on cardiovascular procedures. The role provides coverage where needed by floating among locations within a 25-mile radius of the assigned facility. The assignment guarantees 48 hours per week for six weeks. Call requirements will be discussed during the interview process. Weekends are not required.

Requirements

• At least one year of current acute care CVOR hospital experience.
• BLS, DORA, and NBSTA certifications must be obtained before submission.
• Proficiency in open-heart experience.
• Flexibility, confidence, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a focus on patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Meditech and large trauma facilities is preferred.
• Cardiovascular experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgical teams to assist in cardiovascular procedures.
• Follow hospital policies and guidelines for sterile techniques and patient safety.
• Provide high-quality patient care and support during surgeries.
