A strong understanding of the end-to-end event lifecycle, individual event requirements, and the broader GCE event calendar is essential to align support with planner needs and business priorities.

  • Managing registration, attendee data and event websites in Cvent.
  • Balancing multiple projects, setting priorities, and managing team capacity.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensuring data integrity, applying quality controls, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Providing calm, solutions-oriented leadership when priorities shift or issues arise.
  • Turning complex requirements into clear workflows, timelines, and team direction.
  • Communicating effectively with both delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Using reporting and operational insights to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

  • Hands-on experience supporting room blocks, travel, session management and other attendee logistics in partnership with vendors.
  • Hospitality, meetings and events, or agency experience.
  • Experience with Cvent Attendee Hub or other event management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of online registration, event websites, attendee communications, data management, and reporting across the team’s portfolio.
  • Assign work and manage capacity, priorities and deadlines to support consistent delivery across simultaneous events and changing business needs.
  • Establish and reinforce quality standards, review critical deliverables, and ensure appropriate quality control for registration builds, websites, communications, data, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, complex attendee scenarios and client concerns, driving timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Partner closely with Event Planners and other stakeholders throughout the end-to-end event lifecycle, translating event objectives and logistics into effective registration journeys, attendee experiences, websites and reporting solutions.
  • Act as a player-coach by directly executing select projects and providing hands-on support for key events, while serving as a subject matter expert and escalation point for the team.
  • Maintain visibility into the broader GCE event calendar to anticipate demand, align team capacity and prioritize support for key programs and business-critical events.
  • Guide the team through complex requirements involving accommodations, travel, room blocks, sessions, guest management, and other attendee logistics.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies early, and provide concise status updates and recommendations to leadership and clients.
