About The Position

Culligan Water is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time (3 days per week, flexible on which days and may vary week to week). In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to help with orders, answer questions, and make sure they’re taken care of. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, easy to talk to, and enjoys helping people while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and help resolve issues
  • Process orders and keep customer accounts up to date
  • Build strong relationships with customers and support sales efforts
  • Schedule service and delivery appointments
  • Work with the service and operations teams to keep schedules on track
  • Reach out to customers about additional services or maintenance plans
  • Pass along more complex issues to the right team when needed
