About The Position

Customer Service Representative $30 and up (depending upon experience) Plus Shift Differential Pay! 2nd shift position: Mon-Thurs 3:30pm – 2:00am Up to $4,000 sign on bonus When you work with Clarke, you are working with an industry leader! Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong technician background is a must
  • Ability to create professional relationships with customers and technicians
  • Ability to stay self-motivated
  • Driver's License is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Parts experience is a HUGE plus
  • ASE certifications strongly encouraged
  • CDL is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Retail focus – Customer Relationship
  • Solicit the sale of new or additional services
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Utilizes a computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in the shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
  • Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and using a computer
  • Handle/resolve service-related concerns
