Requirements

  • An ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth
  • Proven background in delivering top-tier customer and technical support
  • A talent for juggling priorities while staying cool under pressure
  • A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for mastering and teaching new digital tools
  • Readiness to support our pros Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, accounting, and/or tools like QuickBooks Online (a major plus!)
  • Experience with Intercom: For chat support.
  • Experience with Dialpad: For handling calls.
  • Experience with HubSpot: CRM and comprehensive customer tracking.
  • Experience with Notion: For knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Experience with Stripe and QBO: For managing billing and payments.
  • Experience with Slack: For facilitating internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, expert assistance across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Educate our pros on software capabilities, effective troubleshooting, and optimal workflows
  • Partner with Product, Success, and Engineering to bridge the gap between user feedback and technical solutions
  • Cultivate rapport through empathetic connection, transparent dialogue, and a splash of humor
  • Evolve into a Skimmer authority, mastering how our platform transforms the daily lives of pool professionals
