This part-time Customer Support & Reception Coordinator role is a crucial first point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders. It involves a blend of customer support, operational assistance, and light front-desk duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and service-oriented, adept at managing multiple communication channels with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements

  • Part-time position
  • Minimum 2 hours of physical presence in the office, 5 days a week (reception/front-desk coverage)
  • Remaining hours can be allocated to remote or on-site support work
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
