Our mission is to make professional publishing accessible to everyone. We are seeking a part-time Customer Support & Reception Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves customer support, operational assistance, and front-desk duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, service-oriented, and adept at managing multiple communication channels with professionalism and friendliness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line of communication for external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle customer support inquiries.
  • Provide operational assistance.
  • Perform light front-desk responsibilities.
  • Manage multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
  • Provide a minimum of 2 hours of physical presence in the office, 5 days a week for reception/front-desk coverage.
  • Allocate remaining hours to remote or on-site support work.
