Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Account Support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and customer support tools.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within technology, digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or online platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to customers via email and live chat.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues, working closely with internal teams when required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate guidance and support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within CRM systems.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
