About The Position

The Customer Support and E-Commerce Sales Associate supports the mycontractorslicense.com business unit, which helps individuals prepare for state-mandated contractor exams and operates multiple e-commerce sites for online training. This individual works with the sales team to provide sales support and customer education, update websites, and help update and create training course materials. The role is an onsite position in the Alpharetta, Georgia office, with a 40-hour workweek and travel of up to 5%, described as very minimal if any. The position does not supervise others and interacts regularly with colleagues, managers, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Desire for continued personal growth.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM, LMS, and project management tools.
• Experience with Google-based web platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Help customers with questions, product purchases, and general inquiries.
• Support automation and customer self-help initiatives.
• Identify trends in customer interactions to improve support and engagement strategies.
• Provide sales support and customer education.
• Update websites and help update and create training course materials.
• Support various projects as needed.
• Communicate clearly and maintain accuracy and quality in work.
