About The Position

As a Team Leader, Customer Success at Corporate Traveller, you’ll lead from the front—developing a high-performing team while managing your own portfolio of strategic clients. This role blends people leadership, data-driven decision making, and proactive client consultation. Your impact will be felt through stronger customer outcomes, increased loyalty, and sustained revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in Customer Success or relevant experience (essential)
  • Travel industry knowledge (essential)
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong coaching mindset
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, and Microsoft tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated Customer Success team to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Maintain 100% retention across individual and team portfolios
  • Drive organic revenue growth through product adoption and referrals
  • Identify and mitigate risk across customer portfolios using proactive action plans
  • Present insights and opportunities through data analysis and business reviews
  • Maintain strong, multi-level client relationships through proactive outreach
  • Advocate for tools, support, and process improvements to enable team success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance
