Customer Success Specialist

This role is for a client-facing position at iSpot.tv, a technology company that measures the impact of video advertising. The main responsibilities include handling customer requests, generating insights from data, preparing client deliverables, and providing support to the team. The target cash compensation range for this role is $67,000-70,000 USD annually.

• Partner with broader team to handle customer requests and ensure prompt resolution
• Collaborate with various teams to advocate for customers and ensure resolution and delivery on requests
• Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique insights for customers
• Prepare client deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis
• Utilize appropriate resources to effectively and accurately respond to customer inquiries and problems
• Support team requests for presentation and training documentation
• Upload client creatives for testing
• Manage JIRA ticketing for various projects
• Interface with client teams and agencies as applicable
• Assist with account setup, user setup, and annual user audit
• Conduct data analysis for QBRs and larger reporting/analysis
• Assist with billing routing as needed
• Maintain Gainsight and Salesforce for assigned accounts
• Schedule large meetings with client/agency teams
• Use Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, Slack), CRM Tools (Salesforce/Gainsight, Highspot), Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Chorus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of market research principles preferred but not required
• Los Angeles area preferred, but remote candidates will be considered
