About the position
This role is for a remote Customer Success Representative based in Germany, responsible for improving conversions and reducing cancellations within Taskrabbit's European markets. The representative will address and solve user issues primarily through email, chat, and phone, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and productivity levels. They will also build connections and trust with stakeholders, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and have a strong command of written and verbal communication. Responsibilities
- Efficiently address and solve user issues primarily via email, chat, and phone while maintaining and exceeding KPIs aimed at customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy.
- Diligently take notes while performing core duties and make suggestions to the team leader on how things can be improved.
- Build connection and trust with stakeholders, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience and resolve queries in an appropriate manner.
- Be organized, accountable, and responsible, using available resources to stay informed of all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and program changes.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, contact center experience, or similar.
- Exhibit empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency, confidence, and helpfulness in providing excellent customer service.
- Tech-curious with excellent typing skills and adaptability in navigating online tools and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a command of grammar and spelling.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Eligible to work in Germany (no relocation support provided).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, contact centre experience or similar.
