About the position
Cybereason is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team and build strong relationships with EMEA customers. The role involves ensuring clients maximize the benefits of Cybereason's solution and acting as a trusted advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving adoption, managing expectations, and continuously improving internal processes. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer success is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in cybersecurity or SaaS technology.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure they get the most out of the company's solution
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with EMEA customers
- Drive adoption of the company's solution and align internal and external resources for value realization
- Manage expectations, create feedback loops, and improve internal processes and feedback mechanisms
- Provide post-sales support, including onboarding, product upgrade planning, and feature training
- Be the voice of the customer internally and bring in the right people to deliver the best service
- Develop strong relationships with economic buyers and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to retain and grow the client portfolio
- Have a real passion for customers and a focus on product and service outcomes
- Possess project management expertise and experience in customer success or related customer-facing roles
- Have knowledge and experience in the cyber security domain (desirable) or other technology backgrounds (particularly SaaS and enterprise technology)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, project management or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience in the cyber security domain is highly desirable; other backgrounds in technology, particularly SaaS and enterprise technology, may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
- Project management experience with all aspects of the post-sales experience, from small to enterprise sized customers, spanning tasks from: onboarding, product upgrade planning, providing L1 support, to feature training.
