About The Position

The Customer Success Intern participates in a paid internship program at C.H. Robinson, a Fortune 200 global company. The role provides hands-on business experience in the evolving supply chain industry, beginning with interactive onboarding about the company, its technology, processes, and culture. Interns join teams to learn global freight services and help shippers and carriers optimize supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices.
• Build relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Learn and effectively use technology systems, including the proprietary global supply chain platform Navisphere®.
• Learn and apply skills across transportation and logistics, including sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems.
