About The Position

IDeaS is seeking a Client Success Intern to join their Client Success team for an initial 6-month internship. This role involves supporting regional Success Managers who are business-use experts for revenue management solutions in the hospitality industry. The intern will contribute to improving system engagement, strengthening client relationships, and driving growth opportunities by conducting system audits, monitoring performance, and creating internal resources. The company emphasizes a culture of creative collaboration and professional growth, aiming to provide leading revenue management solutions that accelerate client growth.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an accredited degree program such as Hospitality, Business, Statistics, Business Tourism, Computer Science, Analytics or related industry
• Interest in Hospitality or Hotel/Hospitality technology
• Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative information.
• Organizational skills for managing commitments and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to intern with IDeaS for 6-12 months

Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable on IDeaS Solutions, with ongoing learning to understand new releases and functionalities.
• Prepare data visuals, PowerPoints, and other materials for client meetings.
• Review system configuration, outputs, and dashboards, and pro-actively identify business trends, to support clients’ business success.
• Assist with the administrative work of Success Managers, using Salesforce.
• Collect and organize data to detect areas for improvement within the system.
• Manage and coordinate internally to promptly resolve user support cases.
• Develop tools, when appropriate, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at IDeaS to drive better results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
