About The Position

NextPatient is seeking a Client Success Associate to join their Client Success team. This role involves getting medical practices set up on the NextPatient software suite and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will become an expert in the product to understand client needs and configure the software for optimal results. The goal is to make NextPatient a preferred partner for every practice through informed, detail-oriented, and collaborative interactions. As an Associate, you will initially support Client Success Managers with existing clients and progress to managing your own client portfolio as your skills develop. You will also regularly engage with the product team to advocate for client-requested product enhancements.
