About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • A genuine interest in helping individuals and families.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently from home.
  • Good organization and follow-through.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions and provide support throughout the client process.
