About The Position

This is an entry-level, part-time position based at Fastenal's branch at 401 W Lincoln Ave, Lititz, PA 17543. The employee facilitates product movement through a customer site, including handling products and preparing shipments. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse while following health, safety, and sustainability expectations.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the work.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Be willing to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed.
Demonstrate ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Nice To Haves

Possess a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements for use of a company vehicle as needed.
Prior warehouse experience.
Prior experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

Operate computer programs and wireless handheld devices.
Move and handle products accurately.
Audit and prepare outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
