About The Position
Because of our rapid growth, we have multiple Customer Support Agent positions open. These positions are part-time (20 hours per week) and seasonal (they run from December through April). There may be an option to work summer and fall based on performance. Flexible shifts. Remote positions are not available to college-age applicants. We require college-age applicants to work in a Support Center.
Requirements
- Aptitude for learning and using basic computer software
- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Interest in and ability to problem solve
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience
- Tax knowledge/prep experience
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by responding to their questions and helping them navigate the software so they can successfully file their tax returns.
- Respond to customer questions via e-mail and live chat.
