About The Position
Because of our rapid growth, we have multiple Customer Support Agent positions open. These positions are part-time (20 hours per week) and seasonal (they run from December through April). There may be an option to work summer and fall based on performance. Flexible shifts. Please note: Remote positions are not available to college-age applicants. We require college-age applicants to work in a Support Center.
Requirements
- Aptitude for learning and using basic computer software
- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Interest in and ability to problem solve
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience
- Tax knowledge/prep experience
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by responding to their questions and helping them navigate the software so they can successfully file their tax returns.
- Respond to customer questions via e-mail and live chat.
