About The Position

The Customer Service role at Chicken Express may include taking orders, processing payments, handling cash accurately, and preparing and packing orders. Employees maintain a clean and stocked counter area and dining room, learn and promote the products, and provide great customer service to all guests. Potentially available positions also include Back of House Prep, Cook, and Food Packer.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders.

• Maintain a clean and stocked counter area and dining room.
• Know and promote products.
• Provide great customer service to all guests.
• For Back of House Prep: work at a quick pace, clean prep equipment and dishes according to sanitation guidelines, keep the prep area and kitchen organized and clean, and assist kitchen staff as needed.
• For Cook: follow recipe instructions and manager directions, prepare food, keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and orderly, and work with a solid sense of timing and urgency.
• For Food Packer: follow recipe directions, prepare product, perform basic kitchen duties, maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, and follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
