About The Position

Join our team as a Customer Service Support professional at 825 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67202. This is a 6-month contract position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, offering $20.80/hr on W2. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order management processes, supporting customer service activities, and driving positive customer experiences within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail orientation.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in order management processes.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine order management tasks, including intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
• Communicate order status and updates to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
• Identify and assist in resolving process obstacles, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Generate order-related documents per established procedures.
• Confirm credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability for simple customer orders.
• Address administrative and clerical issues following defined procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and support contract balances, invoicing, and order completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
