About The Position

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Sacramento, CA Facility. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, sample requests, and all customer communication. The specialist will monitor emails and phones for customer purchase orders and requests, confirm product, pricing, and delivery dates in a timely manner, and serve as the plant contact for customer inquiries and special requests. Additionally, the role involves managing complaints and other customer issues effectively, maintaining the order management system, entering all customer orders and new item upload requests into the PeopleSoft ERP System, and maintaining order logs for the plant as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in customer service experience.
Must be fluent in English language; including reading, writing and verbal.
Must be fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP System and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
College degree preferred.
