About The Position

The Customer Service/Service Booth Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. This role involves embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Dillons, based in Hutchinson, Kansas, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 60 stores throughout Kansas.
