Ace Handyman Services Montclair is hiring a sharp, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. This is a part-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) with a clear path to full-time (40 hours/week) as the business continues to grow. The role involves answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads (no cold calling), booking and confirming appointments, managing and optimizing the daily schedule, working closely with the Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly, and helping ensure customers have a seamless, professional experience from first call to job completion.
