SUMMARY Function in multiple roles that provides efficient, courteous, exceptional customer service in both Retail & Customer Contact Center environment. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Meet or exceed all sales objectives. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations, handle all administrative aspects of the sale. Be able to explain customer bills and answer billing and service related questions.
