About The Position

Comporium is a diversified communications company providing a Quintuple Play of five services -- voice, video, data, wireless and security -- at the retail level; as well as, providing security monitoring and media services for its industry customers. Under this concept, the Comporium Group is uniquely positioned to offer customers a one-stop-shopping for all their communications needs. SUMMARY Function in multiple roles that provides efficient, courteous, exceptional customer service in both Retail & Customer Contact Center environment. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Meet or exceed all sales objectives. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations, handle all administrative aspects of the sale. Be able to explain customer bills and answer billing and service related questions.

Requirements

  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service and sales preferred
  • Excellent computer, oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel and lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Able to function in fast-paced, changing environment and work under stress during high customer volume.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries when working Retail and/or Customer Contact Center in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer needs are addressed in a satisfactory manner.
  • Performance is measured by meeting and/or exceeding coaching scores.
  • Meet or exceed Sales Goals.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all Comporium products, plans, promotions, services and operating systems.
  • Perform as a team player that builds sustainable relationships and trust with both internal and external customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Support Enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Effectively function in multiple roles that support the overall performance of the business. Including, but not limited to taking payments, taking phone calls, entering service orders accurately and handling equipment.
  • Keep Team Supervisor informed of items requiring immediate attention for the benefit of customers and co-workers.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
