This role functions in multiple capacities, providing efficient, courteous, and exceptional customer service in both Retail and Customer Contact Center environments. The representative is expected to maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features, and to meet or exceed all sales objectives. Key aspects include educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, handling all administrative aspects of sales, and being able to explain customer bills and answer billing and service-related questions.
