About The Position

D1 Training is hiring a high-energy, Sales & Customer Service Representative to make calls, set appointments, and get prospects to show up. This is not a passive front desk job. This is not a “sit there and wait” role. This is a phone-heavy, results-driven position for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, and keep the calendar full. D1’s recruiting model is built around speed to lead, high follow-up volume, and KPI accountability, and the recruiter role is explicitly tied to schedule rate, show rate, and close support What this job actually is This role is responsible for working leads fast, making outbound calls, setting intro appointments, confirming those appointments, and following up relentlessly to improve show rate. You will spend most of your time on the phone and in the CRM contacting new leads, old leads, missed opportunities, and no-shows to keep the sales calendar full. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role for someone who is confident on the phone, moves with urgency, and knows how to get people to commit. Success in this role is measured by speed to lead, appointments booked, show rate, and consistent follow-up execution.

Responsibilities

  • Call new leads quickly
  • Follow up with leads by phone, text, and DM
  • Set intro sessions and orientation appointments
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Work old leads, missed leads, and no-shows
  • Keep lead notes, appointment info, and follow-up updated in the CRM
  • Help keep the sales calendar full every week
